And a special thanks to Dhruv Sharma, one of our incredible Orange County Events Directors, for putting it all together. Dhruv belongs to McGlinchey Stafford’s commercial litigation practice. McGlinchey Stafford is a national, 15-office full-service firm headquartered in New Orleans. Dhruv primarily defends financial institutions and large retailers, particularly in class actions, but has also been engaged to conduct privacy-related audits, including to ensure compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act. His 2019 “Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyers is well deserved – in addition to his commercial litigation practice, he is also an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law, a frequent lecturer on matters impacting the consumer finance industry, and a Court Certified Senior Mediator.
