Pooja V. Patel is an experienced employment attorney who represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment litigation including complex wage and hour class actions, and cases involving PAGA penalties, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Pooja also assists employers in navigating complex workplace issues such as sexual harassment training and responding to administrative investigations and complaints. She recently joined the Zaller Law Group, PC.
Pooja attended Case Western Reserve, School of Law, where she was a Leadership Grant recipient and was selected to join the Law Review. During law school, Pooja competed on the Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team and served as a Student Bar Association representative. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, International Economics, and French.
Pooja has been an active member of the South Asian Bar Association since law school, and she currently serves as the Co-President of the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California. During her free time, Pooja enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, and listening to true crime podcasts.
