SABA-SC mourns the loss of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Justice Ginsburg was a titan of the legal profession. Her work – as an advocate, judge, and Supreme Court justice – has left an indelible mark on the fabric of our society. As an attorney for the ACLU, and the founding director of its Women’s Rights Project, she fought tirelessly for gender equality under the law. As a Supreme Court justice, her decisions enshrined this value and also ensured the rights of the most marginalized and vulnerable among us. Her life was and will continue to be an inspiration to so many, and her legacy will reverberate for generations to come.
