LACBA’s Immigration Section invites you to attend a CLE program, in which they will be joined by Judge Patrick Walsh, former Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Central District of California. The program will be held on October 20, 2020 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm and will discuss: best practices in appearing before federal district court judges and magistrate judges; challenging delays and denials, including injunctive relief; and habeas corpus petitions and TROs in emergency situations.
